We ship throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe via UPS and FedEx. For countries not listed, please contact our customer service department for information on how to place an order. We do not ship to Iran, Iraq, Libya, Serbia, Sudan, North Korea, and Cuba.

Estimating Your Total Delivery Time

All in-stock items require 2 business days processing time at our warehouse. Your delivery date depends on the destination and shipping method you select. For example, in the continental United States, it takes 5-9 business days to ship an item UPS Ground. Add the 2 days processing time and you can expect your product 7-11 days after you place your order.

Orders with two or more shippable products are shipped together. This includes all backordered items.

International Shipments and Customs
Your shipping charges do not include any brokerage fees, customs fees, or taxes collected by destination countries. In addition, customs may delay the delivery of your package.

Shipment Tracking
At this time we do not include tracking numbers for our shipments.

Back Orders
We replenish our stock at the warehouse on a regular basis. Most backorders ship within a few days-but this can extend to 30 days. If your expected ship date exceeds 60 days, we will notify you via email explaining the delay. You must respond via email, phone or letter to keep your order open.

Canceled order
You have the right to cancel your order any time before we process it for shipping. Please contact Customer Service at: 1-888-44-WEB-44 ext. 9235, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Holidays excluded.
